Yes. LYSHIRE provides factory-level customization for engraving plastic sheets as well as finished signs, nameplates, tags and identification products. Custom projects can cover material color, layer structure, thickness, sheet size, surface finish, adhesive backing, machining, variable data, accessories, private labeling and export packaging.
Customers may send a physical color sample, PANTONE or RAL reference, technical drawing, application requirement or existing product sample. LYSHIRE evaluates material feasibility, sampling, MOQ, testing requirements and production lead time before confirming each custom project.
LYSHIRE can develop custom colors according to a customer-supplied sample, PANTONE reference or RAL color. Surface and core colors can be combined according to the intended engraving result, brand identity, safety-sign system or equipment-marking requirement.
Available custom material structures include:
Once the first custom color sample is approved, LYSHIRE retains the approved reference sample and production record. Subsequent orders are checked by QC against the retained standard to support repeat-order color consistency without requiring the customer to approve the same color again for every order.
Sheet thickness and dimensions can be developed or processed according to project requirements. LYSHIRE also provides cut-to-size service to help customers reduce secondary processing and material waste.
Custom surface and appearance options can include:
In addition to supplying engraving sheets, LYSHIRE can manufacture finished products from customer drawings. CAD, AI, PDF and other commonly used production files can be evaluated and converted into a confirmed manufacturing specification.
Available processing services include:
Finished products can include industrial nameplates, electrical labels, solar-industry signs, safety signs, equipment identification plates, asset tags, employee name badges, hanging tags, key tags and customized award medals.
LYSHIRE can produce variable-data products within the same order. Every item may contain a different employee name, identification number, serial number, QR code, barcode, asset number or equipment reference.
This service is suitable for personnel name badges, equipment labels, asset-management tags, electrical identification systems and other projects in which every finished item requires unique information.
Finished products can be supplied with the accessories required for their final application, including:
OEM and private-label projects can include customer-branded protective film, product labels, shipping marks, color references, inner packaging, outer packaging and specified packing methods. Customer branding may be used without displaying the LYSHIRE name when required by the confirmed OEM project.
Flame-retardant co-extruded sheets designed to meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability classification are available for qualified custom projects. Samples can be submitted for project-specific testing when required.
Standard film-capped engraving sheets have not been verified for the same classification. Therefore, material structure, required standard, MOQ, testing method and supporting documentation must be confirmed separately for every flame-retardant project.
For other functional requirements, customers should provide a physical sample, technical standard or measurable performance requirement. LYSHIRE will then evaluate development feasibility, sampling, testing and production conditions.
Finished samples using available colors and existing material structures generally require approximately 10 days and can normally be prepared without a sample charge. Custom colors, special structures and new material development require a project-based sample fee and an individually confirmed sampling schedule.
Finished signs and nameplates can be accepted in small quantities, with no single standard MOQ for every project. Pricing is calculated according to:
Custom material MOQ and production lead time depend on color, thickness, layer construction, functionality, testing requirements and production scheduling.
LYSHIRE has produced customized award medals for a major sports event in the United States, electrical and equipment identification labels for Australian customers, solar-industry signage for Australian projects, and variable-data name badges for public-service applications.
Customer and project names are kept confidential. These examples demonstrate LYSHIRE's ability to manage repeat orders, variable information, industry-specific requirements, finished-product assembly and international delivery.
Customer drawings, personnel data, QR code files, variable engraving information, custom color records and OEM packaging documents are stored separately by project. Customer-specific files are not shared with or reused for other customers.
